I approached you in the fall of 2014, as I faced the challenge of assuming the role of an eco-energy service provider (sales: Euro 1 billion / 200 employees) in South Hessen with increased public performances. This was “new territory” in my professional career and I was unsure accordingly, starting in November 2014 until September 2015, we met for 10 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
